Buffy

November 2011: At her first two champ shows in the UK, Buffy wins Puppy Bitch and Junior Bitch both days and is Best Puppy in Breed on the Saturday!

Buffy is from our very international litter out of Eowyn by Brayden — we have high hopes for this little girl. Even at 7 weeks, she was very responsive and liked her food (which makes training so much easier). She seems to be beautifully constructed, very pretty and a lovely, flowing mover. We'll have to see how she develops!

My friend Julie Hite had Buffy stay with her while she showed her to her American Championship. Aged 9 months and 2 days, Buffy become an American Champion by taking BOS over a special for another 3pt major. She had 4 majors in total (she took three majors back to back, 4pts, 3pts and 4pts again, at the three days of the Canfield Cluster that she attended), and was only shown 8 times in total. Just wish Dave was still here to be told about our little girl. Thank you Julie for showing her for us.

In the UK, she won Puppy Bitch and Junior Bitch at both Championship shows she was entered in, also taking Best Puppy on the Saturday in Scotland. She's also started agility training and is very keen to learn new things! With very limited herding training, she's doing extremely well: she is quite balance focused (that must be hereditary!), she has a lovely pace, steady but not slow.
